Cetacean Society International

Latin American and Caribbean Grant Program

Cetacean Society International (CSI) works to assist with the funding of cetacean science, conservation and education projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Our priority is to support cetacean conservation, research and management projects, as well as to support travel to related marine mammal meetings and conferences. CSI gives small grants (usually in amounts of $750 to $1,000) to assist as many people as possible. CSI also works to help our grantees with contacts, letters of support and exposure to international cetacean forums.

CSI now accepts grant requests three times a year for funding:

July 1 st.

October 1 st
February 1 st.

These are the three closing dates for which applications are accepted and reviewed.

Interested Applicants, please download the application and follow instructions. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
